They made my son's 22nd birthday celebration so special. The creme brulee: I will be craving and dreaming of it until our next Las Vegas Trip. Because we will definitely be back. I'd highly recommend this place (and be sure to get a reservation ahead of time) for upscale Chinese food in Vegas. ”
“ This was hands down the best dining experience we had in Vegas. The waiter was super helpful and funny. Very good service. The food didn't take too long to arrive. For the UK folks, you are definitely taking some home, just look at the quantify. It can be pricey for some but once you taste the food, I'm sure you will accept the cost happily. The food is just well cooked, not overly greasy and delicious!!!! The calamari is a very top contender for Yauatcha. The duck and the sauce, the special fried rice, the ribs - all top quality stuff. Decor in the restaurant is similar to Hakassan so quite dim to set the mood. Good venue for birthdays, family dinner, dinner dates etc ”

“ Our first meal after touch down in Vegas. We were able to get a table for four immediately without reservations, and were able to order a delicious Peking duck. The duck came with a choice of either steamed buns or pancakes, so we had to go with the buns. I stuffed mine with crispy duck skin, moist duck meat, and a generous helping of scallions, cucumber and hoisin. The best part was after the duck skin and meat were carved, they took the duck back in the kitchen and chopped it into bite sized pieces and served it with a delicious house-made plum sauce. There’s nothing like eating meat off the bone to absorb all the flavors. Strongly recommended for those who enjoys eating Peking duck. ”

Our favorites were the walnut shrimp, BBQ pork and stir fry noodles. Chinese restaurants are sometimes notorious for excellent food at the expense of ambiance—here you don’t have to choose! ”
“ Great experience at Blossom. Had one of the back rooms booked for our party with a family style tasting menu..not cheap. Large lazy Susan on table to allow you to easily access the rounds of food. Great appetizers and great Peking duck served many ways with some lobster thrown in to boot. Lobster was hard to eat but flavorful. Fruit and ice cream at the end that was unlike anything I have tried. Great night, wonderful service. ”
